Behind Sapphire Jewels is Neelam Saini — a woman of vision, heritage, and relentless drive. Born into a family with a longstanding gold and silver jewellery outlet in the royal city of Udaipur, Rajasthan, Neelam grew up surrounded by the artistry and authenticity of fine jewellery. With business truly running in her blood, she went on to earn her Master's in Business Administration, seamlessly blending ancestral wisdom with professional expertise.

After the birth of her son, Neelam stepped away from her corporate career and chose to channel her lifelong passion into purpose. In 2018, with the wholehearted support of both her families — and especially her husband — she launched her sterling silver jewellery venture in Delhi, the city she proudly calls her second home.
When life brought the family to the United States following her husband's IT career, Neelam saw not a setback — but a bold new opportunity. With the same enthusiasm, deep-rooted expertise, and passion that defined her journey in India, she reimagined Sapphire Jewels for the American market, bringing the timeless elegance of 92.5 sterling silver jewellery to a whole new world.
