    We have a 14-day return policy for non-customized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be a non-customized product.

    • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

    • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

    Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    How to Start a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact us through our website and provide:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return request

    Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

    Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Please inspect your order upon delivery.

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. Our team will assess the situation and work promptly to resolve it.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Customized or personalized jewelry (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

    European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

    To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    Please note that personalized or custom-made products may be exempt from the EU cooling-off right as permitted under applicable law.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
